supernoob 538 Posted February 12, 2014 (edited) Not sure how much plants a m2 u grow. But chopped i always had better results and always hard buds till the bottem. Prefer big(1.20) plants with 7/8 a m2 ,creates an open crop. Nice photos though, looks great. Edited February 12, 2014 by supernoob

Starter 1.0 202 Posted February 13, 2014 Love ur amnesia strain buddy! Almost leafless. Chopping 350 plants an hour haha death star is a killer aswell
Hidronesia 117 Posted February 13, 2014 @Frits Bom I know i can make 8000g with other strain.. amnesia im learning but think i can show 1.33g/w grow soon with this lady @supernoob yes I think u are right, but hope this way I can push the limit a bit higher this grow is 12plant/m2 and girls are 100-170 cm tall i had a problem with my magnet relay 2 NO contact was melted so 2 light never switched on this room I realized late in the grow... next time wont be lazy to check everything more frequently @worm we are all infected with green hahah @farmer its a game with words as worm write...but u are right this hobby not forgivable in my country @starter i defoilate in the mid of the grow and has less work at the end.. 10 hours by hand this room i had a big trimmer.. but amnesia too sticky DS grow this big by the fault of the relay... but my grandma tought me . the ability bringing out the best from a bad situation makes the real difference among peeps thanks for watching guys this replays makes me update this topic:) ans spam some DS pics as well hidro
Hidronesia 117 Posted February 13, 2014 @supernoob this amnesia was my test plant from a 18plant/m2 chronic grow if we could count whit this avarage... that would means 1260g/m2 so over 2g/w only problem i cant repeate it.. so i go for more secure but lower yield hidro
supernoob 538 Posted February 13, 2014 Yea if u would want to leave them unchopped 16-18 pieces a m2 sounds better.
Krasi 714 Posted February 13, 2014 That`s some sweet looking Amnesia dude, job well done.
Hidronesia 117 Posted February 20, 2014 @krasi thanks for ur nice comments:) @supernoob i think amnesia can make nice buds from straight to clone flowering but smaller risk to pregrow and have some big girls choped or not i think depends on the room hight day
Krasi 714 Posted February 20, 2014 Skyhigh in there, what was the average plant length?
Hidronesia 117 Posted February 20, 2014 @Krasi thanks for looking in again..on the long run u are my only audience lol some had slower take off and the stronger ones grow over them.. plants are between 100-170 and it is a current grow.)
Krasi 714 Posted February 20, 2014 Wow 1.70 huh thant`s huge man, lucky that you have a very positive calyx to leaf ratio. The nugs look good though, very frosty. On hydro, such as mapito, rockwool ect ect you kan start a little higher in EC for less stretch, then when flowering comes lower the EC for better blooming. I know you took some advise to go lower in EC en thats good, but starting with some higher EC will defenitely kill some stretch.
supernoob 538 Posted February 20, 2014 i like some stretch in my amnesia . creates nice big and open crop. with hard buds untill the bottem nice pics
Hidronesia 117 Posted February 20, 2014 Thanks Krasi i will take ur advice for sure. now they get tap +1.0 EC what do u suggest for starting? thanks for ur help hidro
Krasi 714 Posted February 20, 2014 Ask Supernoob or Racker, they are hydrofarmers from another planet.
supernoob 538 Posted February 20, 2014 (edited) lol, nah. just keeping it simple i give 1.1 + tab the whole grow. the final last week i cut to 0.7+tab, the last week only tab water ph 5.7 not even measuring drain anymore and getting very good results. but its not a standard for everyone. depends on amount of plants per m2, added co2 , evaporation, ect and remember when u lower A/B feed, u also lower the n/mg/p/k supplements to keep it balanced. Edited February 20, 2014 by supernoob
racker 469 Posted February 20, 2014 Depends on how you end your grow. I suggest 1,5 at least (total ec)
P H donner 841 Posted February 20, 2014 Why you cut the fan leafs ?
Hidronesia 117 Posted February 22, 2014 @supernoob thanks for the detailed information. my tapwater ec 0.8 so for me it would be 1.9 from the start and befor teh end 2 weeks 1.5 .... last week is only tap whit ph 5.7 am i understood right? @racker when do u start more N? at the last week or two? and thats only for faster mapito preparation for the next grow or it has effect on the yield? the 1.5 total would be me tap + 0.7 ec... i will test it in a smaller room ur feeding for sure also @PHdonner i expect more and better quality yield
skunkmonster 538 Posted February 23, 2014 (edited) Why you cut the fan leafs ? @PHdonner i expect more and better quality yield the leaf material is important for photosyntese and for transpiration/cooling of the plant and water movement trough a plant, (capillair) it will do you more harm than good, is my common sence removing any plant material during flowering stage amnesia is branchy/strechy enough to have a good light penetration all trough the plant and the slim leaves will let the light hit the lower branches also only with heavy indica in a crowded room, you may remove the over shadowing leaves.. (for what ive seen in other grow reports) plant also stores some nutrients in the leaf, even almost dead leaf material can still have a function releasing easy acces (mobile) nutient for the plant the buds look nice and crystal! good luck the last couple of days Edited February 23, 2014 by skunkmonster
Green and Greener 3 Posted February 24, 2014 Nice grow. I'm watching.
EL Guerilliero 0 Posted February 24, 2014 whyo you cut the fanleaves the horror .. not the first time i see this but never seen it to this extend. i'm curieus about the why and the obtained yield when you're done. goodluck still
Hidronesia 117 Posted February 25, 2014 @skunkmonster thanks ur input.. all i know i learnt from other great growers... expect defoilating.. i made a test grow and amnesai gave me more this way but maybe u are right no body want to hurt leaves @green thanks for looking in @El horror maybe but i hope i will be happy at the end I will let this round only 56-57 days so 10 days earlier than the last so i think i will able to do one more round in this year after may this room will be too hot day 55 bottombuds
